Reading is Fun

My family is all about reading for fun and we are especially obsessed with the library.  My mother took my brother and me to the library at least once a week and she would always check out the "New Fiction" section and grab a couple books.  Well, now I do the exact same thing while my children whine about going down to the kid's section or just plain leaving already! I am a fast reader and can usually make it through a book pretty quickly but since having kids it has become more difficult.  By the time they go to bed I'm usually too tired to even turn on Netflix so my reading time is usually on the train to work or in the middle of the night when I wake up and read on my Kindle.  Oh well, at least I still read a little!

I will be keeping track of my current reads on the Goodreads widget on the side of the blog.  Right now I just finished the new book from Graeme Simison who also wrote The Rosie Project.  The Rosie Project was a great book so I was looking forward to this one.  I almost gave up on it halfway through but I'm glad I stuck it out.  It was not as great at The Rosie Project but I still enjoyed it.  The main character is Adam Sharp (duh) and he has been with the same woman for 20 years when he hears from an old girlfriend he had while on a business trip in Australia.  He starts to reconnect with his old love and it takes a bit of a strange turn.  I recommend picking it up to see where it goes...
